1. 适用范围与联系方式
本政策由 maxDays 开发者发布，适用于 maxDays App、Days Max 内测兑换及本支持网站，描述当前版本的处理方式，并可能随版本更新调整。隐私相关请求请联系 jt24@foxmail.com。
2. 设备上的内容与设置
您创建的事项、日期、分类、子任务、完成记录、备注、图片、录音、链接和背景设置保存在 App 的本地数据容器中；App 与其小组件通过同一设备的共享容器读取所需数据。小组件、通知和实时活动可能在主屏幕或锁定屏幕显示事项内容，可在系统设置中调整。
当前版本未实现 App 自身的 iCloud / CloudKit 同步。系统备份及您主动导出的文件由相应服务提供方按其条款处理。
3. 系统权限
- 麦克风：录音备注与语音输入。
- 语音识别：优先在支持的设备上本地进行；设备或语言不支持时由 Apple 的语音识别服务处理，结果仅用于生成您要录入的文本。
- 照片与文件：通过系统选择器读取您选中的内容，并写入您指定的导出位置。
- 通知、闹钟与实时活动：用于提醒、倒计时及相关状态展示。
您可以拒绝或随时在系统设置中撤回权限，相应功能将不可用。
4. 链接、内购与 Apple 服务
生成链接预览时，目标网站可能收到 IP 地址、请求网址及常规连接信息；打开外部网页、邮件或社交链接时适用相应提供方的政策。
Days Max 通过 StoreKit 读取商品信息并验证权益状态。付款、账户与支付方式由 Apple 处理，我们不接收您的支付卡信息或 Apple 账户密码。相关处理适用 Apple 隐私政策及您的 Apple 设置。
5. 可选的在线内测兑换
使用内测码时，App 会通过 HTTPS 发送兑换码和随机生成的设备凭据，并在此后检查授权状态。设备凭据不是广告标识符、硬件序列号或您的 Apple 账户，保存在本机钥匙串中，服务端仅保存其摘要，用于防止同一码重复兑换及处理授权撤回。
服务端仅保存兑换与授权所必需的最少信息：兑换码校验信息、设备凭据摘要、授权状态与相关时间记录，以及您或管理员为识别授权而填写的称呼；您另行提供的联系方式或支持说明可作为支持记录保存。该流程不涉及您的待办、备注、图片、录音或本地数据库。
兑换服务由第三方托管与基础设施服务商提供支持，其为传输、存储和安全防护处理必要的连接信息（包括 IP 地址等常规请求元数据），并适用其各自的隐私政策。
6. 支持沟通与服务提供方
您发送至支持邮箱的内容用于回复问题及处理相应请求。本支持网站由第三方托管，托管方可能为服务提供与安全防护记录访问元数据；本网站不加入广告、访问统计脚本或追踪 Cookie。
我们不出售您的个人信息，也不使用 App 内的私人内容进行广告定向。我们要求相关服务提供方对其处理的信息提供不低于本政策的保护。在法律要求或为保障服务、用户及我方权利安全所必需时，我们可能处理或披露必要信息。服务提供方可能在您所在地区之外处理数据。
7. 保存期限、删除与您的请求
本地事项可在 App 中删除；附件清理可能存在延迟。卸载 App 通常移除其本地数据，但系统备份、导出文件和钥匙串凭据需分别管理。删除本地数据不会取消 Apple 订阅，也不影响服务端的兑换记录。
支持与兑换记录在实现上述目的所必需的期间内保留，不再必要时删除或匿名化。您可以通过支持邮箱在适用法律范围内请求查询、更正或删除我们持有的信息；我们可能要求最少的信息核验身份，并可拒绝重复、明显缺乏依据或过度的请求。请勿为验证身份发送完整设备凭据。解除授权绑定后，内测权益可能无法恢复。
8. 安全与未成年人
我们采用传输加密、管理员访问控制及兑换码加密存储等措施，但任何系统均无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管您的设备、备份和兑换码。maxDays 不面向儿童提供服务，也不有意收集儿童个人信息；如相关信息被误提交，请联系我们删除。
9. 政策更新
本政策更新时将修改本页日期，自发布之日起生效；继续使用 App 或相关服务即表示接受更新后的政策。
Privacy Policy
1. Scope and contact
The maxDays developer publishes this policy for the maxDays app, Days Max beta redemption and this support site. It describes the current version and may change as the product changes. Contact jt24@foxmail.com for privacy requests.
2. Local content and system permissions
Tasks, dates, categories, subtasks, completion history, notes, selected images, audio, links and preferences are stored in the app's local container; widgets read what they need through a shared container on the same device. Notifications, widgets and Live Activities may display item content on the Home or Lock Screen; adjust system settings as needed. The current version does not implement iCloud / CloudKit synchronization; OS backups and files you export are handled by those services under their own terms.
Microphone permission supports recording and voice entry. Speech recognition prefers on-device processing where supported; otherwise audio is processed by Apple's speech service, and results are used only to produce the text you enter. System photo and file pickers provide content you select and write to the export location you choose. Notification, alarm and Live Activity permissions support reminders and countdowns. You may deny or revoke any permission in system settings; the dependent feature then becomes unavailable.
3. Links, purchases and Apple
Link previews may expose your IP address, the requested URL and ordinary connection information to the destination site; external sites, mail and social providers apply their own policies. StoreKit obtains product details and validates entitlement status. Apple handles payment and payment accounts; we do not receive card details or your Apple Account password. Such processing is subject to Apple's privacy policy and your Apple settings.
4. Optional online beta redemption
The app sends a redemption code and a randomly generated device credential over HTTPS, then checks authorization status. The credential is not an advertising identifier, hardware serial number or Apple Account; it is stored in this device's Keychain and the server stores only its digest, to prevent reuse of a code and to process revocation.
The server stores only what redemption and authorization require: code verification data, the device credential digest, grant status and related timestamps, plus the label entered to identify a grant. Contact details or support information you provide separately may be kept as support records. The process does not involve your tasks, notes, images, recordings or local database.
Third-party hosting and infrastructure providers support the redemption service and process the connection information necessary for transmission, storage and security (including IP addresses and ordinary request metadata) under their own privacy policies.
5. Support and service providers
What you send to support is used to answer your question and handle your request. This support site is hosted by a third party that may log access metadata for delivery and security; we add no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies to these pages.
We do not sell personal information or use private app content for advertising targeting. We require service providers to protect the information they process to a standard no lower than this policy. We may process or disclose necessary information where legally required or necessary to protect the service, its users and our rights. Providers may process information outside your region.
6. Retention, deletion and your requests
Delete local items in the app; attachment cleanup may be delayed. Uninstalling generally removes local app data, but OS backups, exported files and Keychain credentials must be managed separately. Local deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions or affect server-side redemption records.
Support and redemption records are kept for as long as necessary for those purposes and are then deleted or anonymized. You may email support to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, to the extent applicable law provides. We may request minimal information to verify identity and may decline repetitive, manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. Do not send a full device credential for verification. Releasing a grant binding may make beta access unrecoverable.
7. Security, minors and updates
We use transport encryption, administrator access controls and encrypted code storage, but no system can guarantee absolute security; protect your device, backups and codes. maxDays is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information; contact us to remove information submitted in error.
Updates to this policy are reflected in the date on this page and take effect on publication; continued use of the app or related services indicates acceptance.
