1. 服务与接受
maxDays 是待办、日程、纪念日、倒计时、备注和提醒工具，由 maxDays 开发者提供。下载、安装或使用 App 即表示您接受本条款及隐私政策；如不同意，请停止使用并删除 App。部分功能受设备型号、系统版本、语言、地区及权限设置影响。问题请联系 jt24@foxmail.com。
2. 许可与知识产权
我们授予您一项个人、有限、不可转让、可撤销的许可，仅用于在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上按本条款使用 maxDays。App 及其源代码、界面、图标、预置壁纸、文案、名称与标识的全部权利由开发者保留。除法律强制允许外，不得复制、修改、反向工程、二次分发、绕过付费或授权限制，或以自动化方式访问相关服务。
3. 免费功能与 Days Max
App 包含免费功能及可选的 Days Max 付费权益。我们可自行决定随时调整免费与付费功能的划分、方案组合、价格、优惠及权益范围，或停止提供某一方案。您获得的权益以购买时 App 与 Apple 确认页面所示内容为准。未上架、已下架或所在地区不可用的方案不构成销售承诺。
当前 App 支持月度、年度自动续费订阅及非消耗型终身解锁；实际可购买方案与价格以当时展示为准。
4. 付款、续费、恢复与退款
购买由 Apple App Store 处理并计入您的 Apple 账户。自动续费订阅将按 Apple 的规则自动续订，除非您在当期结束前按 Apple 显示的期限取消；可在系统设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅中查看续费日期、管理或取消。删除 App 不会取消订阅。
恢复购买需使用原购买 Apple 账户，结果以 Apple 的验证为准。退款由 Apple 依其规则判定与处理，我们不单独受理退款请求。退款、订阅到期、扣款失败或交易被撤销的，相应付费权益立即终止。
5. 终身解锁的含义
终身解锁是一次性购买的非消耗型权益，不按周期续费，其范围以购买时展示的权益为准，指该权益在 App 生命周期内的可用性。它不包含未来单独发行的产品、尚未展示的服务、对未来系统版本或设备的兼容性，也不构成任何在线服务永久运行的承诺。
6. 内测兑换码与赠送授权
内测码由开发者发放，仅用于授予指定的测试资格，不是 App Store 交易，不构成购买凭证，不得转让、转售或公开分享。每码绑定一台设备，兑换与状态校验需要联网，设备凭据保存在本机钥匙串中；换机、设备擦除或凭据丢失后授权不保证转移。
内测授权无货币价值。开发者可自行决定随时撤回内测授权，包括但不限于误发、泄露、滥用、违反本条款或测试安排变更等情形；撤回在设备下次联网检查时生效，离线缓存最长 24 小时。撤回不产生退款或补偿，也不影响独立有效的 App Store 购买。
7. 您的内容与备份
您保留自己录入内容的权利，并对其合法性以及您是否有权存储、导入和分享相应图片、文字、音频及链接负责。
当前数据主要保存在本机，App 未实现 iCloud 跨设备同步。请自行定期导出并核验备份，尤其在卸载、迁移、升级或清理设备前。导入、删除和外部分享可能覆盖或影响已有内容；您导出的文件及外部平台副本由您自行管理。开发者后台不保存您的本地数据库，无法代为恢复。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们对数据丢失、损坏或导入导出结果不承担责任。
8. 可接受使用
不得利用 App 或相关服务从事违法活动、侵害他人隐私或其他权利、干扰服务运行、规避技术或授权限制、滥用兑换接口或进行自动化批量请求。发生上述情形时，我们可在不另行通知的情况下限制、暂停或终止您对相关功能及在线服务（含内测授权）的访问。
9. 服务变更与可用性
我们可自行决定随时修改、暂停或停止 App 的全部或部分功能及在线服务（含兑换服务）。提醒、闹钟、倒计时和实时活动依赖系统权限、设备运行状态、时区、系统调度和版本支持；语音识别结果及内置节假日资料可能存在错误或延迟，请自行核对重要信息。maxDays 不适合作为医疗、紧急救援、人身安全或其他高风险场景的唯一提醒工具。
10. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，App 及相关服务按“现状”和“现有”提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权，以及不中断、无错误或与所有环境兼容的保证。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性损失，以及数据、收益、商誉或机会损失承担责任；我们就本条款及 App 承担的累计责任，以您在主张发生前 12 个月内为 maxDays 实际支付的金额为限。部分司法辖区不允许上述排除或限制，相关条款仅在该地法律允许的范围内适用。
11. 条款更新与其他
我们可更新本条款并修改本页日期，更新自发布之日起生效；继续使用 App 或相关服务即表示接受更新后的条款。本条款某一条款被认定无效或不可执行的，不影响其余条款的效力。未行使或延迟行使任何权利不构成放弃。
Apple 不是本条款的当事方，对 App 不承担任何责任，但有权作为第三方受益人向您主张本条款。许可事项适用 Apple 标准 EULA；其余事项在适用法律允许的范围内适用开发者所在地法律。如有争议，请先通过 jt24@foxmail.com 联系解决。
Terms of Use
1. Service and acceptance
maxDays provides tasks, schedules, anniversaries, countdowns, notes and reminders, and is provided by the maxDays developer. Downloading, installing or using the app indicates acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy; if you disagree, stop using the app and delete it. Availability can depend on device, OS version, language, region and permissions. Contact jt24@foxmail.com with questions.
2. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use maxDays under these terms on Apple devices you own or control. All rights in the app and its source code, interface, icons, bundled wallpapers, text, name and marks are reserved by the developer. Except where mandatory law allows, do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, circumvent paid or grant restrictions, or access the services by automated means.
3. Free features and Days Max
The app includes free features and optional paid Days Max benefits. We may adjust the free/paid split, plan line-up, prices, offers and benefit scope, or withdraw a plan, at our discretion and at any time. The benefits you receive are those shown in the app and Apple's confirmation screen at the time of purchase. A plan not offered, withdrawn or unavailable in your region is not a promise of sale. The app currently supports monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a non-consumable lifetime unlock.
4. Payment, renewal, restoration and refunds
Apple handles App Store payment through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically under Apple's rules unless cancelled within the period Apple displays; check renewal dates and manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases requires the purchasing Apple Account and depends on Apple's verification. Refunds are determined and processed by Apple under its rules; we do not handle refund requests separately. Refund, expiry, failed billing or a revoked transaction ends the associated paid access immediately.
5. Lifetime unlock
Lifetime unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no recurring renewal. Its scope is the benefits shown at purchase, for the lifetime of the app. It does not include separately released future products, undisclosed services, compatibility with future OS versions or devices, and is not a promise that any online service will run perpetually.
6. Beta codes and grants
Beta codes are issued by the developer solely to grant specified testing access. They are not App Store transactions, are not purchase receipts, and may not be transferred, resold or shared publicly. Each code binds to one device; redemption and status checks require connectivity, and the device credential is stored in Keychain. Transfer after device replacement, erasure or credential loss is not guaranteed.
Beta grants have no monetary value. The developer may withdraw a grant at any time at its discretion, including for mistaken issuance, leaks, abuse, breach of these terms or changes to testing plans. Withdrawal applies at the device's next online check; cached access lasts at most 24 hours. Withdrawal creates no refund or compensation and does not affect a separate valid App Store purchase.
7. Your content and backups
You retain rights in your own content and are responsible for its legality and for having permission to store, import and share the images, text, audio and links involved. Data is primarily local; the app has no iCloud cross-device synchronization. Export and verify backups yourself, particularly before deleting, migrating, upgrading or clearing a device. Import, deletion and external sharing may overwrite or affect existing content, and exported files or copies on other platforms are yours to manage. Our backend does not hold your local database and cannot restore it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, corruption or import/export outcomes.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the app or related services for unlawful activity, to infringe privacy or other rights, to interfere with the service, to circumvent technical or entitlement restrictions, to abuse the redemption endpoints or to make automated bulk requests. We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to affected features and online services, including beta grants, without prior notice.
9. Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the app's features and online services, including redemption, at our discretion and at any time. Reminders, alarms, countdowns and Live Activities depend on OS permissions, device state, time zones, system scheduling and version support; speech results and bundled holiday data may contain errors or delays, so verify important details yourself. Do not rely on maxDays as the sole reminder in medical, emergency, safety-critical or similarly high-risk situations.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and related services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill or opportunity; our aggregate liability relating to these terms and the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for maxDays in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted there.
11. Updates and general
We may update these terms and the date on this page; updates take effect on publication, and continued use indicates acceptance. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app, but may enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Licensing is governed by the Apple Standard EULA; other matters follow the developer's local law to the extent applicable law permits. Contact jt24@foxmail.com first about any dispute.
